Terms and Condition
All booking forms must be accompanied by 15% of the total payment as advance 50% must be paid before
12th November, 2024
, failing which the sponsorship will be open to other companies. Written confirmation of booking will be given on receipt of 100% advance payment.

2. Booking once made cannot be cancelled and refund of the money is not permissible.
3. The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and date of conclave in case of unavoidable circumstances.
4. Organizing Committee / Event Manager / Service Providers are not responsible for any mishandling due to natural calamity, Fire, Theft Earthquake or any other unforeseen events.
