Patna (Bihar Times): Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday demanded that the Centre give due consideration to it and announce a special financial package in the Union budget for 2009-10 for all-round growth of the state.
Talking to mediapersons he said his government has a lot of expectations from the budget. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee would consider the demand and accord a special state status to Bihar on merit.
